Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept the following insurances and plans: Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, BCBS (all), Cigna, Humana, Molina, Presbyterian (all), United, and Western Sky.
Tricare Clients and Families: We are an out of network provider with Tricare. Ask us how we can assist you with billing your Tricare insurance!
We work with you and your insurance to obtain your referrals and prior authorizations!
CCTS also offers low private pay rates and payment plan options.
What is your private pay rate?
$75 per 30 minute session, in-person or virtual.
How can I private pay for my session?
You can pay the therapist or instructor directly via cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. You can also pay via credit card using our client portal.

Do I need to place a credit card on file in order to begin sessions?
Yes, clients using their insurance must place a credit card on file prior to starting sessions that will be charged after each session for any copay or other balance billing. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Do you accept other speech-language clients?
At this time, we only provide articulation, receptive language, and expressive language services related to literacy development needs. However, we regularly provide referrals to other SLPs specializing in other areas of speech-language therapy services and needs; please contact us for a referral list and recommendations.
Do you contract your SLPs with schools?
Yes. Please email ccts.slp@gmail.com to chat about your school's SLP needs, for in-person and/or virtual services.
